YEARLY SENIORITY STEP INCREASE. On the anniversary date of hire of each year, each employee who has reached the top of their step or pay range shall receive a twenty cents ($0.20) per hour increase. At the seven (7) year anniversary date of hire, employees will receive a forty cents ($0.40) per hour increase. Effective January 1, 2019, annual seniority step increases shall take effect when the employee reaches the top of the employee’s salary range.
