Common use of Years of Experience Clause in Contracts

Years of Experience. A Member who has consistently demonstrated clearly outstanding performance in the areas of teaching and research may, in extraordinary circumstances, be promoted to the next rank without fulfilling the years of experience criterion as stipulated in Sections 3c, 3d, 3e, of this Article. The burden of proof of outstanding performance rests with the applicant.
