Base Salary Increases. General Eligibility. Teachers must be rated by MSDLT in the prior year, and not rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary to be eligible for a salary increase. Teachers rated Ineffective or Improvement Necessary will remain at their prior year salary.
Base Salary Increases a. General Eligibility - To be eligible for a salary increase, a teacher must not have received a rating of ineffective or improvement necessary in the prior school year. A teacher who received a rating of ineffective or improvement necessary remains at their prior year salary. Also, a teacher must have completed a year of service as defined by INPRS or worked 120 days in a teaching position within the school corporation during the preceding school year.
b. Factors and definitions
i. Evaluation rating – The teacher received a highly effective or effective evaluation rating for the prior year.
ii. Year of Experience – Achieved one year of service as defined by INPRS during the 2020-21 school year.
Base Salary Increases. 36.2.1 DCPS shall provide the following base salary raises for the following years:
36.2.2 The 2016-2017 raises shall be paid retroactively to all DCPS employees who are members of the WTU bargaining unit upon approval of this Agreement by the DC Council, all WTU bargaining unit members who retired during the 2016-2017 school year, and the estates of all WTU bargaining unit members who died during the 2016-2017 school year, in accordance with D.C. Official Code 1-611.06(d). Retroactive payment of raises shall be made following ratification of this agreement by the WTU membership and approval by the DC Council.
Base Salary Increases. For the 2022-2023 school year new hires employed prior to ratification will have their starting salaries adjusted upward by $2200. For the 2022-2023 school year, all teachers receiving an evaluation rating of either effective or highly effective during the 2021-2022 and employed by the School Corporation for at least 120 days during the 2021-2022 school year will receive an increase in the base salary in the amount of $2200 and advance one step on the salary schedule. This increase is retroactive to the first pay in the contract and the remaining will be paid out through the remainder of the contract. This increase will result in salary levels shown in Appendix C. This base salary increase is attributable as follows:

Base Salary Increases. At any time the Company increases the base --------------------- salary of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx in accordance with his Employment Agreement dated as of September 1, 1995 (as amended through the date hereof, the "Xxxxxx ------ Agreement") prior to the Termination Date, the Company shall increase the Base --------- Salary of Employee by a percentage which is equal to the percentage increase in Xxxxx Xxxxxx'x base salary; provided, however, that Employee's Base Salary may be further increased from time to time by the Board of Directors in its sole discretion.
Base Salary Increases. Beginning in December of 2000, the Board of Directors of the Holding Company shall undertake an Annual Review of and will adjust Xx. Xxxxxx'x Base Salary according to plans, goals and criteria set by the Board of Directors from time to time; provided that beginning on January 1, 2001, Xx. Xxxxxx'x Annual Base Salary shall be at least One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000), and beginning on January 1, 2002, Xx. Xxxxxx'x Annual Base Salary shall be at least One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000).
Base Salary Increases. Commencing February 1, 2001, GRAHXX'x Xxxe Salary shall be automatically increased on February 1 of each year during the term hereof by the greater of (i) six (6%) percent, or (ii) $15,000.00, whichever is greater. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Chief Executive Officer may grant a Base Salary Increase in excess of the amount stipulated to within this Section 4.2.
Base Salary Increases. The Base Salary shall be further increased (the "Base Salary Increase") each April 1st (the "Adjustment Date"), commencing in 2000, based on the Executive's and the Company's performance results and the Annual Performance and Salary Review (as defined in Section 11(a) below).
