Common use of Yellow Pages Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to Covad (including Customers utilizing Covad-assigned telephone numbers and Covad Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to Covad Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.

The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to Covad ETC (including Customers utilizing CovadETC-assigned telephone numbers and Covad ETC Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to Covad ETC Customers on the same basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
