Common use of Yellow Pages Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to ANTC (including Customers utilizing ANTC-assigned telephone numbers and ANTC Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to ANTC Customers on the same rates, terms and conditions as they are offered to BA Customers.

Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to ANTC DBC (including Customers utilizing ANTCDBC-assigned telephone numbers and ANTC DBC Customers utilizing LTNPNumber Portability) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to ANTC DBC Customers on the same rates, terms and conditions basis as they are offered to BA Customers.

BA will offer Yellow Pages services to ANTC APC Customers on the same rates, terms and conditions basis as they are offered to BA Customers.

Yellow Pages Maintenance. The Parties agree to work cooperatively to ensure that Yellow Page advertisements purchased by Customers that switch their service to ANTC ACI (including Customers utilizing ANTC-assigned ACI‑assigned telephone numbers and ANTC ACI Customers utilizing LTNP) are maintained without interruption. BA will offer Yellow Pages services to ANTC ACI Customers on the same rates, terms and conditions basis as they are offered to BA Customers.
