Common use of Your Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Your Accommodation. 1.1 The pictures shown in promotional materials and the accommodation you may have visited during University open days or visits are generally representative of the type of University accommodation on offer but there may be variations to these. The nature of the Accommodation is as described in the Offer of Accommodation. 1.2 Within 48 hours of keys to the Accommodation being issued to you, you will need to check the Inventory via the Accommodation Portal and note any alleged discrepancies, damage or missing items. Failure to do so may result in you being charged for such damage or missing items at the end of the Occupancy Period if you are unable to prove that the damage was not caused by you or your visitors.
