Your Duty to Report Errors. You will notify Credit Union of any errors, omissions, or interruptions in, or delay or unavailability of, the Services as promptly as practicable, and in any event within one business day after the earliest of discovery thereof, or the date discovery should have occurred through the exercise of reasonable care, and, in the case of any error, within fourteen (14) days of the date of the earliest notice to you which reflects the error. Your failure to notify Credit Union of any error, omission, or other discrepancy within seven (7) days from the date of a loss shall relieve Credit Union of any liability for such error, omission, or discrepancy.

Your Duty to Report Errors. The Bank will provide you with periodic statements that will identify the deposits that you make through Mobile Deposit. In addition, you may access the Bank’s Online Banking service for information about your deposits, returned items, deposit adjustments, Checks and other transactions on your accounts. You agree that it is your responsibility to review all such information that the Bank makes available to you in a timely manner to verify that deposits made through Mobile Deposit have been received and accepted by the Bank and are accurate. Receipt of a Check by the Bank through Mobile Deposit does not constitute an acknowledgement by the Bank that the Check is error-free or that we will be liable for the Check. You agree to notify us promptly of any errors, omissions, or discrepancies in a deposit within the time periods established in your Bank Account Agreement. In addition, you may access your account through our Online Express Home Banking service for more information about your deposits, return items, deposit adjustments, checks and other transactions on your accounts. You understand and agree that you are required to notify us of any error relating to items transmitted using the Service no later than sixty (60) calendar days after the date of the monthly periodic statement on which the allegedly erroneous transaction appears. You may be responsible for any errors that you fail to bring to our attention within such a time period. You agree to cooperate in any investigation by us of any unsuccessful or lost transmission. Subject to applicable law, any failure by you to notify us of any error, omission or other discrepancy in accordance with this Agreement and the Membership Booklet shall relieve us of any liability for such error, omission or discrepancy.
