Your Use of the Services You agree to comply with U.S. or other applicable law regarding the transmission of any information obtained from the Services in accordance with this Agreement, not to use the Services for illegal purposes or in manner inconsistent with this Agreement, and not to interfere with or disrupt the networks connected to the Services. You agree to use the Services solely for your own noncommercial use and benefit, and not for resale or other transfer or disposition to, or use by or for the benefit of, anyone else. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You acquire no rights to the Services and/or materials we provide to you other than the limited right to utilize the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

Your Use of the Service 4.1 You will not use the Service in any way that would constitute or contribute to the commission of a crime, tort, fraud, or other unlawful activity (including activities deemed unlawful under a complainant’s legal jurisdiction) (“Laws”). Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.
Services and Third Party Materials A. The tvOS Software may enable access to Apple’s iTunes Store, App Store, Game Center, iCloud and other Apple and third party services, and web sites (collectively and individually, “Services”). Such Services may not be available in all languages or in all countries. Use of these Services requires Internet access and use of certain Services may require an Apple ID, may require you to accept additional terms and may be subject to additional fees.
