Youth Apprenticeship Program. This registered apprenticeship option will allow for the expansion of apprenticeship and mentorship starting at the completion of the 10th grade level and expanding beyond the High school year. The program is designed to prepare students for a school-to-work transition in collaboration with business, industry, labor, and education, which ensures what is learned at school, is in concert with the world of work. Students will not receive credit for work hours until officially accepted into the appropriate apprenticeship program per their trade area.
