ZF’s Donation Sample Clauses

ZF’s Donation. In relation to this Section 4, ZF agrees to provide the University with a donation to support the educational activities of the University (“Donation”). The Parties agree that the Donation for the calendar year starting with calendar year 2020 will be of 1,970,000 CZK. The Donation is to be paid within 60 days after a separate agreement concerning the Donation for the relevant calendar year has been executed in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (Form of Donation Agreement) (“Donation Agreement”) and the University has provided ZF with the relevant invoice for paying of the Donation (the invoice has to be delivered to the email address xx). Each Donation Agreement shall incorporate the terms and conditions of this Agreement by reference. If Donation Agreement for 2020 and the following years has not been executed for any reason till the end of the March, the University is authorized to provide ZF with the relevant invoice for paying of the Donation for the calendar year.

  • Blood Donation Whenever an employee is called by a Blood Bank to donate blood during the work day as a result of a medical emergency requiring immediate transfusion, rather than blood replacement, that employee shall have the remainder of the day off without loss of pay.

  • Leave Donation An employee may donate vacation leave, sick leave, or personal holiday to another employee for purposes of the leave sharing program under the following conditions:

  • Blood Donations An employee may be granted leave with pay, up to a maximum of two (2) hours, for donating blood during regularly scheduled hours of work.

  • Donations It is recognized that the Employer may sponsor donations to worthy charitable organizations. However, no employee shall be required to make contributions nor shall any employee be told a specific amount he should contribute. There shall be no compulsion with regard to such contributions.

  • Leave Donation Program Employees may donate paid leave to a fellow employee who is otherwise eligible to accrue and use sick leave and is employed by the same Agency. The intent of the leave donation program is to allow employees to voluntarily provide assistance to their co-workers who are in critical need of leave due to the serious illness or injury of the employee or a member of the employee’s immediate family. The definition of immediate family as provided in rule 123:1-47-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply for the leave donation program.

  • Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Upon a recommendation pertaining to a facility or a specifically designated area(s) thereof from the Medical Officer of Health or in compliance with applicable provincial legislation, the following rules will apply:

  • Children and minors If you are under 18 years old, then by entering into this Agreement you explicitly stipulate that (i) you have legal capacity to conclude this Agreement or that you have valid consent from a parent or legal guardian to do so and (ii) you understand the JetBrains Privacy Policy. You may not enter into this Agreement if you are under 13 years old.   • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services.

  • Medical Certification (1) The University may require an employee to provide medical certification from a health care provider for FMLA leave without pay when taken for the serious health condition of the employee or the employee's family member.
