The Donation. Xxxxx agrees to donate to the City, and the City agrees to accept from 22 Donor, a picnic shelter and related amenities to be constructed upon an area within the Park to be 23 mutually selected by Xxxxx and the City. The Donation shall consist of the following: (i) a 24 Gothic Arch Picnic Shelter approximately 24’ x 36’ in dimension; (ii) an asphalt parking area 25 adjacent to the shelter, in an area to be mutually selected by Donor and the City, with 11 parking 26 stalls and 2 handicapped parking stalls, to include all necessary curbing and striping services;
The Donation. 3.1 The Contractor supplies the client with a special collection kit, which can be used for the collection of cord blood and cord tissue after birth. This collection kit contains detailed instructions for collecting and shipment of the material.
The Donation. 2.1 The Donor xxxxxx agrees to donate, transfer and convey, and the City hereby agrees to receive, the Donation, at no cost to the City, to have and to hold in perpetuity for the purposes of providing a resource and a closer location for families to access books.
