Zoning Reports. Lender shall have received a zoning report for each Property certified to Lender stating that the applicable Property is in compliance with all applicable zoning laws, rules and regulations and shall otherwise be in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
Zoning Reports. Within 20 Business Days after the date hereof, the Parents will jointly retain one or more zoning report service companies to prepare zoning reports for all of the Title Reviewed Properties. The zoning report service companies will be jointly selected by the Parents in good faith and will be reputable and of a size commensurate for the nature of the properties being evaluated. The Parents will direct the zoning report service companies to prepare the zoning reports as promptly as reasonably practicable, and in any case within 30 Business Days of the zoning report service companies’ receipt of the surveys. The Parents will share the costs of such reports in the same proportions as those set forth for the title commitments.
Zoning Reports. Collectively those certain zoning reports delivered to Lender in connection with the Loan and identified on Schedule 16 hereto.

Zoning Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received with respect to each Initial Borrowing Base Property (i) letters or other evidence with respect to each Initial Borrowing Base Property from the appropriate municipal authorities (or other Persons) concerning applicable zoning and building laws, and (ii) either (A) an ALTA 3.1 zoning endorsement for the applicable Title Insurance Policy or (B) a zoning opinion letter, in each case in substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
Zoning Reports. (7) As-built plans and specifications for the Improvements on the Property, to the extent reasonably available. (8) Copies of all contracts, agreements, equipment leases, service and maintenance agreements, and vendor contracts related to the Property. (9)
Zoning Reports. Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver final zoning reports for each of the Properties to the extent not furnished to Lender prior to the date hereof. To the extent that any such zoning report delivered on or after the date hereof identifies any open violations or non-conformities at the related Property with respect to any Owned Improvements which are not the responsibility of any Tenant pursuant to its Lease, Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to remedy such violation or non-conformity to the extent Borrower, in the exercise of its reasonable business judgment determines necessary or appropriate. If such violation or non-conformity is the responsibility of the Tenant under the related Lease, Borrower’s obligations shall be limited to notifying such Tenant of such violation or non-conformity and Borrower shall take such additional actions with respect thereto as Borrower determines appropriate in the exercise of its business judgment.
Zoning Reports. 32 LOAN AGREEMENT THIS LOAN AGREEMENT, dated as of August 19, 2003 (as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, this "AGREEMENT"), by and among FORTRESS CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES I, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, HIGHBRIDGE/XXXXX SPECIAL OPPORTUNITIES FUND, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership and CAPITALSOURCE FINANCE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, collectively, as lender (in such capacity, "LENDER") CAPITALSOURCE FINANCE LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as administrative agent and collateral agent for Lender (in such capacity, "AGENT"), and SHG PROPERTY RESOURCES, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("REH LLC") and SHG INVESTMENTS, LLC a Delaware limited liability company ("DE 23"), jointly and severally (REH LLC and DE 23, collectively, "BORROWER") and FOUNTAIN VIEW, INC., a Delaware corporation ("GUARANTOR"), solely for the purposes set forth in the last sentence of Section 2.6.3, Section 4.1.39 and Section 5.3 of this Agreement.
Zoning Reports. Borrowers shall have furnished to Administrative Agent zoning reports evidencing compliance by each Property with applicable zoning laws.
Zoning Reports. Purchaser and Seller shall share in equal amounts the cost of any recently procured zoning report for the Property (that is, a zoning report specifically procured by Seller in anticipation of this transaction and dated within six (6) months of the Closing [“Recent Zoning Report”]) delivered to Purchaser by Seller after the date hereof, provided the costs of the Recent Zoning Report and the Recent Zoning Reports (as described in the Companion Contracts) do not exceed $25,000.00 in total.
