Συμμετοχή στη δραστηριότητα. Κατά τη διάρκεια της λειτουργίας, θα χρησιμοποιηθούν εγκαταστάσεις καταγραφής δεδομένων για διάφορες κατηγορίες χρήσης ενέργειας και περιβαλλοντικών παραμέτρων του κτιρίου όπως θερμοκρασία δωματίου, υγρασία, επίπεδα φωτός, ρυθμός αερισμού, θερμοκρασία αέρα του περιβάλλοντος και επίπεδα ηλιακής ακτινοβολίας (προσαρμογή σύμφωνα με κάθε κτίριο επίδειξης). Ως εκ τούτου, η παρακολούθηση που θα εκτελεστεί θα καταγράφει μόνο τεχνικά δεδομένα της χρήσης της ενέργειας και των περιβαλλοντικών παραμέτρων του κτιρίου, χωρίς τη συλλογή προσωπικών ή ευαίσθητων δεδομένων σας. Η κοινοπραξία SUREFIT δηλώνει ότι οι δραστηριότητες που θα διεξαχθούν δεν θα περιλαμβάνουν: • Συλλογή ή επεξεργασία ευαίσθητων προσωπικών δεδομένων (π.χ. υγεία, σεξουαλικός προσανατολισμός, εθνικότητα, πολιτική γνώμη, θρησκευτική ή φιλοσοφική πεποίθηση) ούτε επεξεργασία γενετικών πληροφοριών. • Παρακολούθηση ή παρατήρηση των συμμετεχόντων (π.χ. δεδομένα παρακολούθησης ή εντοπισμού και δεδομένα WAN, όπως διεύθυνση IP, MAC, cookies κ.λπ.). • Παρακολούθηση και συλλογή ευαίσθητων δεδομένων από ανηλίκους και ευπαθείς ομάδες. Εάν συμφωνείτε να συμμετάσχετε στη δραστηριότητα, θα επιτρέψετε στο ISQ/UNOTT/FSM/AALTO/AMS (επιλογή) να εγκαταστήσει τους αισθητήρες και τον εξοπλισμό παρακολούθησης και αναλαμβάνετε την ευθύνη να διατηρήσετε αυτόν τον εξοπλισμό σε καλή κατάσταση και να μην παρεμβαίνετε σε αυτόν. Η τοποθεσία όπου θα εγκατασταθούν οι αισθητήρες είναι (διευκρίνιση) και η περίοδος παρακολούθησης θα είναι από ηη/μμ/εεεε έως ηη/μμ/εεεε (διευκρίνιση).

  • Statutory References Any reference in this Plan of Arrangement to a statute includes all regulations made thereunder, all amendments to such statute or regulation in force from time to time and any statute or regulation that supplements or supersedes such statute or regulation.
