Гарантии и компенсации. Неустойка Except for the obligations expressly provided for the relations within the present Agreement by the imperative rules of the applicable legislation in effect or the present Agreement, Criteo does not undertake any obligations, including guarantee obligations and/or obligations associated with any compensations of Client’s expenses in front of third parties borne by the Client in connection with the Client’s actions performed under this Agreement which led to the responsibility of the Client in front of such third parties. The Client agrees that it uses Criteo Service, Criteo Technology and/or Criteo Network “as is”, and that Criteo bears no responsibility in front of the Client in respect of quality, content and/or fitness for particular purpose of Criteo Service, Criteo Technology and/or Criteo Network to the Client. Criteo is entitled to change unilaterally at its discretion without explanation and notification at any time to change Criteo Technology and Criteo Network and, except for the conditions expressly provided by this Agreement, Criteo Service. Under no circumstance Criteo bears any responsibility and any risks connected with the fact that the Client Content and Banner do not correspond to Criteo Network policy. The Client solely bears responsibility to become acquainted with the Criteo Network policy applicable to its Content and Banners. Criteo вправе в одностороннем порядке, по собственному усмотрению, без объяснения причины и без уведомления в любой момент осуществлять изменения в Технологии Criteo и Сети Criteo, а также в Услуге Criteo, за исключением условий, прямо предусмотренных настоящим Договором. Ни при каких условиях Criteo не несет какой-либо ответственности и каких-либо рисков, связанных с тем, что Контент и Баннер Клиента не соответствуют политике Сети Criteo. Исключительно Клиент несет ответственность за ознакомление с политикой Сети Criteo, применимой к его Контенту и Баннерам.
