Передаваемые Данные могут включать, помимо прочего: серийный номер Актива, информацию о территории и эксплуатационные данные, такие как использование топлива, количество часов эксплуатации, данные по выбросам, номера версий программного и аппаратного обеспечения и установленные приспособления. В зависимости от юрисдикции, в которой зарегистрированы Активы, у вас или у ваших Уполномоченных пользователей могут запросить прямое согласие на сбор конкретных данных. Данные передаются компании CNHI или одному либо нескольким ее аффилированным лицам. Данные передаются и используются для следующих целей: (a) оказание Услуг вам и вашим Активам; (b) проверка или поддержание системных Активов и Телематических устройств по Услуге; (c) мониторинг местоположения Актива, его эксплуатации, состояния или эффективности работы; (d) оказание помощи в техническом обслуживании Актива и/или в повышении эффективности Актива; (e) оценка или усовершенствование Услуги и/или других продуктов и услуг; (f) соблюдение юридических требований и действующих судебных постановлений, в соответствующих случаях, или (g) предложение вам новых продуктов и услуг. CNHI может предоставить некоторые или все собранные Данные (без указания данных отдельных клиентов) своим дилерам, аффилированным лицам и их дилерам, производителю ваших Активов и его дилерам, а также другим деловым партнерам по всему миру, которые оказывают вам Услуги, предоставляют Активы или связанные с ними продукты и услуги.
