Weekend Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and ten cents ($1.10) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday, or such other forty-eight (48) hour period as the local parties may agree upon or as defined in the Collective Agreement. If an employee is receiving premium pay pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, the employee will not receive weekend premium under this provision.
Weekend Premium Pay Any nurse who works on a weekend shall receive four dollars ($4.00) per hour premium pay for each hour worked on the weekend in addition to the nurse’s regular rate of pay. Weekend premium pay shall not be included in the nurse’s regular rate of pay for overtime pay calculations, unless required by the Fair Labor Standards Act. The weekend shall be defined as all hours between 11:00 p.m. Friday and 11:00 p. m. Sunday.

Maximum Contribution The total amount you may contribute to an IRA for any taxable year cannot exceed the lesser of 100 percent of your compensation or $6,000 for 2019 and 2020, with possible cost- of-living adjustments each year thereafter. If you also maintain a Xxxx XXX (i.e., an IRA subject to the limits of Internal Revenue Code Section (IRC Sec.) 408A), the maximum contribution to your Traditional IRAs is reduced by any contributions you make to your Xxxx IRAs. Your total annual contribution to all Traditional IRAs and Xxxx IRAs cannot exceed the lesser of the dollar amounts described above or 100 percent of your compensation.
Holiday During Vacation If a holiday, named under Article 7 of this Agreement, falls within the vacation period of an employee, he shall be granted an additional day's pay in lieu of the holiday.
Change in pension value This is the change in present value of defined benefit and actuarial pension plans.
Seasonal full-time employees shall accrue all rights and benefits accrued by full-time permanent employees during their employment season. Seasonal part-time employees shall accrue all rights and benefits accrued by permanent part-time employees during their employment season, except as otherwise modified by this Agreement.

RATE ADJUSTMENTS 1. Taxes applicable to the gas delivered to Buyer hereunder as are in effect on January 1,\ immediately preceding the effective date of these terms and conditions shall be added to Buyer's bill. The term 'tax' as used herein shall mean any tax, license fee, or charge applicable to the gas delivered hereunder, imposed on Seller by any governmental authority on such gas. If the existing rate of any such tax in effect on January 1'\, immediately preceding the effective date of these terms and conditions, be hereafter increased or decreased, or if any tax heretofore in effect or hereafter be imposed or repealed, the resulting increase or decrease In such taxes, computed on a cents per dekatherm basis, shall be renected, as the case may be, on Buyer's bill.
Weekend Differential Employees assigned to State institutions other than Maine State Prison shall be eligible for a weekend differential of fifty cents ($.50) per hour to the base for shifts beginning between 10:00 p.m. Friday and 9:59 p.m.
