ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. 1. Продавец обязуется продать, а Покупатель купить _______________________, далее по тексту – «Товар», в количестве и по цене, согласно Приложению №1 «Техническая спецификация», подписанному Продавцом и Покупателем, и являющемуся неотъемлемой частью настоящего Контракта.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. The “SELLER” undertakes to deliver and the “BUYER” undertakes to recieve and pay for the Silicagel, hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”, quantity and technical specifications stipulated in the annexes #1 and #2 to the present Contract on condition DAP (INCOTERMS 2010) Railway station Kengsoy (st. code732602) Uzbekistan Railways, Republic of Uzbekistan.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. The SELLER shall deliver and the BUYER shall accept and pay for the GOODS (_______________________________________), purchasing for the use of the State Enterprises under the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Geology and Mineral Resources, in quality, quantity and prices as per APPENDIX No.1 (Specifications) and APPENDIX No.2 (Technical Specifications), which are an integral part of the present CONTRACT.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. 1.1. The Seller has sold and the Buyer has bought on DAP XXX terms the equipment hereinafter referred to as “the Goods”, in ac- cordance with the specifications given in Ap- pendixes to the present Contract. 1.1. Продавец продает, а Покупатель покупает на условиях DAP XXX оборудование, именуемое в дальнейшем “Товар”, в соответствии со спецификациями, приведенными в Приложениях к настоящему Контракту.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. The Seller has sold and the Buyer has bought hydraulic cylinders with technical documentation for JU "Murmanskaya" with set of spare parts, oil & lubricants for preparation and putting the hydraulic cylinders into operation (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods"), on terms of DAP INCOTERMS 2010 Ho Chi Minh, SR Vietnam in accordance with the number, description, costs and specifications indicated in Appendixes No. 1, No. 2 and No.3 to this Contract which are considered as integral parts to the Contract. 1.1 Продавец продал, а Покупатель купил гидроцилиндры с технической документацией для СПБУ "Мурманская" с комплектом запасных частей, масел и смазок для подготовки и пуска гидроцилиндров в эксплуатацию (в дальнейшем именуемое как «Товар»), на условиях DAP INCOTERMS 2010 ХоШиМин, Социалистическая Республика Вьетнам в соответствии с количеством, ассортиментом, ценами и техническими характеристиками, указанными в Приложениях № 1, № 2и № 3 Контракта, являющихся его неотъемлемой частью.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. The Seller undertakes to sell and the Buyer undertakes to buy Gas analyzer hereinafter referred to as the «Goods», in quantity and quality in accordance with Annex # 1 attached to this Contract which is its integral part.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. Parts for processing equipment (hereinafter referred to as the “Goods”) as specified in Annexes, which form an integral part of the present Contract.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. The Seller shall supply bulk materials to the Purchaser for ownership, (hereinafter the Goods), and the Purchaser shall accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein. 1.

ПРЕДМЕТ КОНТРАКТА. 1.1 In accordance with this Contract, the Seller undertakes to deliver to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for hydraulic excavator Komatsu PC-4000-11DFS (hereinafter referred to as the “Products”) at the price and in the amount of 3 units, in accordance with Appendix No. 1, which is an integral part of the Contract, on the terms of DAP .d. Art. "Yangi-Zarafshan" and/or DAP Zarafshan city INCOTERMS-2020 1.1. В соответствии с настоящим Контрактом Продавец обязуется поставить Покупателю, а Покупатель принять и оплатить гидравлический экскаватор Komatsu PC-4000-11DFS (далее - «Продукция») по цене и в количестве согласно Приложению №1 которое является неотъемлемой частью Контракта, на условиях DAP ж.д. ст. «Янги-Зарафшан» и/или DAP г. Зарафшан ИНКОТЕРМС-2020 2. Price and Total Value of the Contract 2. Цена и Общая сумма контракта 2.1 The prices in the contract are specified in US Dollars. 2.1. Цена по контракту указывается в Долларах США. 2.2 The amount of the contract at the time of its conclusion is: 6 120 000.00 (six million one hundred twenty thousand) US Dollars.
