Щорічний звіт. An environmental report, in the form of the table below, shall be produced each year, starting from the Project Completion until the Borrower has fully repaid the Loan. The report shall detail the environmental performance of the Project, and shall be submitted by 15 January each year in order to be included in NEFCO’s Annual Environmental Report. Щорічний звіт. Each year, starting from the Project Completion until the Borrower has fully repaid the Loan, the Borrower shall prepare and submit to NEFCO an environmental report, based on the below form table. In the report, the Borrower shall in detail describe the environmental performance of the Project. The report shall be submitted to NEFCO at the latest by 15 January each year in order to allow for it to be reflected in NEFCO’s overall Annual Environmental Reports.   • Billing and Charges You agree to pay, in accordance with the provisions of the Service plan you selected, any registration, activation or monthly fees (including, without limitation, any applicable discounts), service charges, minimum charges and other amounts charged to or incurred by you, or by users of your account, at the rates in effect at the start of the billing period in which those amounts are charged or incurred. You agree to pay all applicable federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges related to your use of the Service, provision of services, software or hardware or the use of the Service by users of your account. Information on our charges and surcharges may be made available to you on xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. We will send your billing statements to the email address you provide to us, and you agree that this is sufficient notice for all purposes as to charges incurred and paid or to be paid to us.   • Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Consulting Teachers (CT) will be assigned to all new teachers with no prior teaching experience and tenured teachers rated ineffective on the qualitative measures at the end of the previous school year and recommended by the PAR Panel.   • Time Lines A grievance will be deemed untimely if the time limits set forth above for presentation of a grievance to a step are not met, unless the parties agree in writing to extend such time limits.

  • Inpatient Services Hospital This plan covers services provided while inpatient in a general or specialty hospital including, but not limited to the following: • anesthesia; • diagnostic tests and lab services; • dialysis; • drugs; • intensive care/coronary care; • nursing care; • physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies; • physician’s services while hospitalized; • radiation therapy; • surgery related services; and • room and board. Notify us if you are admitted from the emergency room to a hospital that is not in our network. Our Customer Service Department can assist you with any questions you may have about your coverage. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital. Coverage is limited to the number of days shown in the Summary of Medical Benefits.

  • Fees and Billing As a condition of use, Subscriber agrees to pay when due all fees and charges for the service package it purchases including any new or additional services, any Custom Services, and for extensions or renewals of the Service Period (“Fees”). Payments shall be made in accordance with Subscriber’s ordering documents. All Fees are payable without offset or deduction and within thirty days of invoice date. All Fees are non-cancellable and non- refundable for the entirety of the Term, and the number or duration of users, storage, subscriptions, features, usage or other Metric purchased cannot be decreased during the Subscription Term. Fees are fixed only for the initial Service Period and Ricoh reserves the right to change the Fees and/or its fee structure in subsequent or renewal periods. Charges for any Custom Services may be invoiced separately by Ricoh. Nonpayment of any Fees shall be grounds for suspension of Services or termination of this Agreement.

  • Professional Liability Before commencing work on this Agreement and throughout the term of this Agreement, the Party shall procure and maintain professional liability insurance for any and all services performed under this Agreement, with minimum coverage of $1,000,000 per occurrence, and $3,000,000 aggregate.
