Doručovanie písomností. 1. Všetky dokumenty, oznámenia, žiadosti, správy, výzvy, požiadavky a ostatné písomnosti určené druhej zmluvnej strane (ďalej len „písomnosti“) musia byť doručené, ak táto zmluva neustanovuje inak:
Doručovanie písomností l. Zmluvné strany sa dohodli, že ich vzájomná korešpondencia sa bude zasielať na adresy uvedené v záhlaví zmluvy, pokiaľ zo zmluvy nevyplýva inak. Až do okamihu doručenia oznámenia o zmene kontaktnej adresy sa považuje za adresu určenú na doručenie, adresa uvedená v záhlaví zmluvy. V prípade nesplnenia oznamovacej povinnosti zmeny adresy na doručovanie, znáša následky s tým spojené osoba, ktorá si nesplnila svoju oznamovaciu povinnosť.
Doručovanie písomností. 1. Doručením akýchkoľvek písomností na základe tejto zmluvy alebo v súvislosti s touto zmluvou sa rozumie doručenie písomnosti doporučene poštou preukazujúcou doručenie na adresu určenú podľa bodu 2 tohto článku, doručenie kuriérom, faxom, e-mailom alebo osobné doručenie príslušnej zmluvnej strane. Za deň doručenia písomnosti sa považuje aj deň, v ktorý zmluvná strana, ktorá je adresátom, odoprie doručovanú písomnosť prevziať, alebo v ktorý márne uplynie odberná lehota pre vyzdvihnutie si zásielky na pošte, doručovanej poštou zmluvnej strane, alebo v ktorý je na zásielke, doručovanej poštou zmluvnej strane, preukázateľne zamestnancom pošty vyznačená poznámka, že „adresát sa odsťahoval“, „adresát je neznámy“ alebo iná poznámka podobného významu, ak sa súčasne takáto poznámka zakladá na pravde.
Doručovanie písomností. 1. Písomnosti poisťovateľa určené pre poistníka a/alebo poisteného a/alebo oprávnenú osobu sa doručujú na poslednú známu adresu poistníka a/alebo poisteného a/alebo oprávnenej osoby na území Slovenskej republiky. Poistník a poistený je povinný písomne oznámiť poisťovateľovi zmenu svojej adresy alebo sídla bez zbytočného odkladu. Zmena adresy na doručovanie je účinná dňom do- ručenia oznámenia o zmene poisťovateľovi.
Doručovanie písomností. 1. Doručením akýchkoľvek písomností na základe tejto zmluvy alebo v súvislosti s touto zmluvou sa rozumie doručenie písomnosti doporučene poštou na adresu určenú podľa Xxxxxx I. tejto zmluvy, doručenie kuriérom alebo osobné doručenie príslušnej zmluvnej strany.
Doručovanie písomností. 1. Zmluvné strany sa dohodli, že akákoľvek písomnosť doručovaná v súvislosti so zmluvou sa považuje za doručenú druhej zmluvnej strane v prípade doručovania prostredníctvom: be procured from freely accessible sources in other manner than through breach of obligation of the Party to the Contract to observe confidentiality pursuant to this Article, c) information with respect to which, due to their nature, it is apparent that the Party to the Contract has no intention to preserve their secrecy, provided that the Party to the Contract did not expressly indicate them as confidential, (hereinafter referred to as the “Confidential Information”). 3. Obligation to preserve secrecy of the Confidential Information does not apply to: a) the cases when the Party to the Contract published the Confidential Information with prior written consent of the other Party to the Contract, b) the cases when the obligation of the Party to the Contract to provide Confidential Information arises under the law. The obliged party shall upon request inform the other Party to the Contract on occurrence of the obligation to provide Confidential Information under the law and on the manner and extent of its performance, c) the cases in which the Party to the Contract used the necessary information or documents in possible court, arbitration, administrative or other proceedings concerning the rights and obligations arising from the Contract, from these GCT or connected with them. 4. The Parties to the Contract undertake not to provide the Confidential Information to third parties and not to make such information available to third parties without prior written consent of the other Party to the Contract. Such third parties do not include members of bodies of the Parties to the Contract, employees or other person authorized by the Parties to the Contract, auditors, legal and other consultants of the Parties to the Contract which are bound by obligation of confidentiality with respect to the provided Confidential Information arising from the law or from agreement with the concerned Party to the Contract, as well as other persons which must be provided with such Confidential Information for the purpose of performance of rights and obligations arising from these GCT and / or from the Contract. Doručovanie písomností. 13.1 Ak táto Dohoda neurčuje inak, akékoľvek oznámenie, informácie, dokumenty alebo iné písomnosti si Účastníci dohody doručujú:
Doručovanie písomností. 12.1 Písomnosti, ktoré sú poskytovateľ alebo užívateľ povinné doručiť druhej strane sú zmluvné strany povinné doručovať osobne kontaktnej osoby poskytovateľa pre službu ADSL PARTNER alebo prostredníctvom pošty na adresu uvedenú v Rámcovej zmluve o ADSL PARTNER.
Doručovanie písomností. 1. Poistník je povinný písomne oznámiť poisťovni každú zmenu svo- jej adresy v lehote najneskôr 15 pracovných dní. Poisťovňa zasiela písomnosti na poslednú známu adresu poisteného alebo poistníka. Písomnosť poisťovne určená poistníkovi alebo poistenému (áalej len „adresát“) sa považuje za doručenú dňom prevzatia písomnosti ad- resátom alebo dňom, kedy adresát prevzatie písomnosti odoprel. V prípade, že sa písomnosť uloží na pošte kvôli nezastihnutiu adresáta s tým, že si ju adresát v príslušnej lehote nevyzdvihol na pošte, po- važuje sa za doručenú v posledný deň tejto lehoty, aj keá sa adresát o jej uložení nedozvedel, alebo dňom, kedy bola písomnosť vrátená poisťovni ako nedoručená pre zmenu adresy, ktorú poistník alebo poistený neoznámil.
