ENTIRE AGREEMENT. 14.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the subject-matter hereof and supersedes and replaces any prior proposals, negotiations, agreements and other written or oral communications between the Parties relating to the subject-matter hereof.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. 13.1 Any Schedule attached to this agreement shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement supersedes all previous agreements either oral or written relating to the subject matter hereof and sets out all the terms agreed between the Parties.
