Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Czech Republic, excluding the United Nations Convention of the International Sale of Goods. For any disputes that cannot be resolved between the Parties, the Parties agree that the jurisdiction for any resolution of disputes shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Czech Republic.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respect in accordance with the Italian law. Any dispute or Claim arising out of this Agreement, if not amicably settled, shall be submitted to the sole competence and jurisdiction of the Courts of Rome.
