Common use of Severability Clause in Contracts

Severability. If any provision of this License Agreement shall be prohibited or adjudged by a court to be unlawful, void or unforceable, such provision shall, to the extent required, be severed from this Agreement and rendered ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Agreement and shall not in any way affect any other circumstances or the validity or enforcement of this License Agreement.
