Other provisions. 17.1 Ferratum shall have the right to choose not to enforce any of the provisions of the Agreement at any time and this shall not be construed as a waiver of any such provision and shall not affect the validity of the Agreement or any part thereof or Ferratum’s right to enforce any provision in accordance with its terms.
