RETENTION OF TITLE. All deliveries shall be the property of Bossard, and the Buyer shall be obliged to keep the deliveries separate from other deliveries and mark them "Bossard" until such time as payment is effected.
RETENTION OF TITLE. 25. The Plant shall remain the property of the Contrac- tor until payment for the Works has been made in full, to the extent that such retention of title is valid under the app- licable law.

The retention of title shall re- main in effect from time to time. VENUE ETC. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts and shall be settled in accordance with Danish law. In any contract covered by these Terms of Sale and Delivery the parties expressly exclude the ap- plication of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). DEVIATING TERMS. The Terms of Sale and Delivery contained herein shall apply to all contracts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any deviating terms of the purchaser shall not be binding on the vendor.
RETENTION OF TITLE. Goods sold remain the property of Lithomex until receivables connected with the order are paid in full.
RETENTION OF TITLE. 7.1 Until such time as all receivables according to the agreement with the Purehaser and the companies associated with the Purehaser have been paid, NOVOPAN shall retain title (ownership) to the purchased goods. To the extent NOVOPAN agrees with the Purehaser on payment of the purchasing price on the basis of check / bills of exchange procedure, the retention of title shall also extend to the encashment as well as any claims against the Purehaser in connection with a potential liability of NOVOPAN towards respective third parties holding rights in such bills and does not expire with the receipt of money from such check / bills of exchange procedure.

The Supplier reserves title to all deliveries (“Reserved Goods”) until the Purchaser has fulfilled its payment obli- gations under the Agreement to the extent that such retention of title is valid under applicable law. The retention of title shall also apply to replacement parts, unless those parts become essential parts of another good.
RETENTION OF TITLE. 24. Product(s) delivered shall remain the property of Solventum until payment has been made in full for Solventum’s receivables against the customer.
