Common use of Business Days Clause in Contracts

Business Days. If any Maturity Date for pay- ments of principal and/or interest on a Note is not on a Business Day, payment shall be made on the following Business Day without any further interest accruing due to this delay in payment. A "Business Day" means any day (except Saturdays and Sundays) on which credit institutes in Germany (place of reference is Frankfurt am Main) are opened to the public and which is also a T2-day. Sat- urdays and Sundays are not Business Days. T2-day refers to a day on which payments in euro are settled via T2 (abbreviation for Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfers System 2).
