Cancellation of orders. Cancellation of orders by the Client is only possible before delivery or provision of the service by the Contractor. If the Client cancels an or- der in whole or in part before the Contractor performs the delivery or service, the following cancellation fees shall apply: For cancellations made less than six weeks before delivery or performance of the service, a cancellation fee of 20 percent of the agreed remuneration shall be payable; for cancellations made less than four weeks before the delivery or provision of the service, a cancellation fee of 40 percent of the agreed remuneration shall be payable; for cancellations made less than two weeks before delivery or performance of the service, a cancellation fee of 60 percent of the agreed remuneration shall be payable, and For cancellations made less than one week before delivery or performance of the service, a cancellation fee of 80 percent of the agreed remuneration shall be payable.
