Deliveries that are not accompanied by the shipping documents requested in the orders shall not be deemed to have fulfilled the order and shall either be returned or stored until receipt of the missing documents at the cost and risk of the supplier. When parts with hazardous materials are delivered, the supplier shall always provide a safety data sheet. If deliveries are destined for export, the supplier must provide a written declaration of the origin of the delivery items under customs law and send this to TCG at the latest with the first delivery. The supplier shall label the delivery items in accordance with TCG’s instructions so that they are permanently recognisable as its products.
