Common use of Supply of Spare Parts Clause in Contracts

Supply of Spare Parts. a) The Supplier is obliged to ensure the supply of spare parts for the delivery items for a further 15 years after the end of production. b) In the case of the delivery of machines, the Supplier shall procure spare parts within 24 hours, and the Supplier shall also make available the appropriate specialist staff for assembly within 24 hours. The availability of spare parts shall be 15 years also in this case.
