³Term definition

³Term means a division of the academic year and is the time during which the School holds classes, as notified to Parents from time to time.
³Term three months (:Original Term") commencing February 1, 1997("Commencement Date") and ending April 30, 1997("Expiration Date"). (Also see Paragraph 3.)

  • The Notes will bear interest on the outstanding principal amount thereof at a fixed rate of fourteen and one-half precent (14.5%) per annum, 12.5% of which shall be payable in cash by the Loan Parties and 2.0% of which shall be capitalized on the Interest Payment Date and added to the principal of the Notes (such capitalized interest being hereinafter referred to as "Capitalized Interest").

  • Original Term means the period from the Commencement Date until the end of the fiscal year of Lessee in effect at such Commencement Date.

  • Fixed Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.3.

  • Term Commencement Date shall be the later of (i) November 1, 2006 or (ii) the date on which Landlord’s Work is Substantially Complete (or the date on which Landlord’s Work would have been Substantially Complete absent Tenant Delay or Force Majeure (as defined below)); provided, however, that if the Term Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, then the first lease year shall be extended through the last day of the calendar month in which the first 12-month period expires, and Rent for the additional period at the end of the first lease year shall be payable at the rate for the 12th month of the Term. “Force Majeure” means accident; breakage; repair; governmental regulation, moratorium or other governmental action. The “Term Expiration Date” shall be the day immediately preceding the seventh (7th) anniversary of the Term Commencement Date, provided that if such preceding day is not the last day of a calendar month, then the Term Expiration Date shall be the last date of the calendar month in which such preceding day occurs. Landlord and Tenant shall each execute and deliver to the other written acknowledgment of the actual Term Commencement Date and the Term Expiration Date when such are established, and shall attach it to this Lease as Exhibit B. Failure to execute and deliver such acknowledgment, however, shall not affect the Term Commencement Date or Landlord’s or Tenant’s liability hereunder. Failure by Tenant to obtain validation by any medical review board or other similar governmental licensing of the Premises required for the Permitted Use by Tenant shall not serve to extend the Term Commencement Date.

  • Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • The term Trustee" shall mean The Bank of New York Mellon and its successors in interest or any successor trustee appointed as provided in the Standard Terms and Conditions of Trust.

  • Applicable Anniversary of the Commencement Date means the fifth (5th) anniversary of the Commencement Date.

  • Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

  • (A) IN GENERAL.—The term qualified property’ means property—

  • Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating one (1) year thereafter.

  • Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.

  • Draw Period is the period of time from the Effective Date through the earlier to occur of (a) June 30, 2012, or (b) an Event of Default.

  • Term XXXXX means, for the applicable corresponding tenor, the forward-looking term rate based on XXXXX that has been selected or recommended by the Relevant Governmental Body, and that is published by an authorized benchmark administrator and is displayed on a screen or other information service, as identified or selected by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion at approximately a time and as of a date prior to the commencement of an Interest Period determined by the Administrative Agent in its reasonable discretion in a manner substantially consistent with market practice.

  • Base Term Commencing (i) with respect to the Original Premises on the Commencement Date, and (ii) with respect to the Expansion Premises on the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, and ending with respect to the entire Premises on June 30, 2019.”

  • Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;

  • (1) IN GENERAL.—The term qualified trade or business’ means any trade or business other than—

  • a term s notice" means written notice given not later than the first day of the term preceding the term to which the notice relates;

  • Term of the Agreement shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 7 of this Agreement.

  • Renewal Period the period described in clause 13.1.

  • Annual Renewal Date means the date in any calendar year, subsequent to the year in which the Policy comes into effect, corresponding numerically with the Policy Commencement date in that subsequent year.

  • Long shifts may be established on an eight (8) or ten (10) hour per day work week arrangement pursuant to Article 13.100.
