Further Term definition

Further Term means the further term(s) set out in Item 12 of Schedule 1.

Further Term has the meaning given to it in clause 1.3(b).

'Initial Term' means the number of years or the period in item 10. 'Item' means an item on the front section of this agreement. 'Place of delivery' means the place referred to in item 12.
Further Term means any term of five (5) years subsequent to the Initial Term;
Further Term means each further term specified in item 8(b) of the Schedule;
