A-4 Note definition

A-4 Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 1.16% Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes.
A-4 Note means any of the Issuer's 5.830% Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes.
A-4 Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 0.87% Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes.

  • The Issuing Entity shall pay interest on overdue installments of interest at the A-4 Note Rate to the extent lawful.

A-4 Note means any of the Issuing Entity’s 1.37% Class A-4 Asset Backed Notes.
