Class 2-A-6 Accrual Amount: For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the amounts that would be payable to the Class 2-A-6 Certificates as interest on such Distribution Date pursuant to clauses (I)(b)(i) and (I)(b)(ii)(a) of the definition of "REMIC II Distribution Amount" without regard to the provisos in such clauses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for any Distribution Date after the Class 2-A-6 Accretion Termination Date, the Class 2-A-6 Accrual Amount shall be zero.

Examples of A-6 Certificates in a sentence

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-6 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.

  • The amount of interest which accrues on this Certificate in any month will be subject to reduction with respect to any Non-Supported Interest Shortfall, any Relief Act Shortfall and the interest portion of certain Realized Losses allocated to the Class A-6 Certificates, as described in the Agreement.
