A member of your family definition

A member of your family means: your partner (i.e. your spouse, civil partner or anyone with whom you live in a similar capacity); your parent or parent-in-law; any child, stepchild or sibling of you or your partner; your grandparent, grandchild, aunt, uncle, nephew or niece; and the partners of any of those people.

  • Member of the Immediate Family means spouse, parent or stepparent, child or stepchild, brother or sister, stepbrother or stepsister, brother-in- law or sister-in-law, mother-in-law or father-in-law, or son-in-law or daughter-in-law.

  • Member of the family shall have the meaning prescribed by Code Section 529(e)(2), and shall mean any individual who bears one of the following relationships to the beneficiary:

  • Immediate Family Member means a child, stepchild, grandchild, parent, stepparent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, mother-in-law, father-in-law, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law, including adoptive relationships, of a natural person referred to herein.

  • Immediate family means a spouse and any unemancipated child.

  • You or Your means the person(s) who has signed or authorised by other means the Direct Debit Request.
