Abandonment Charge definition

Abandonment Charge means the abandonment charge payable by Customer to Company for each Schedule of Service under Rate Schedules FT-R, FT-RN, FT-D, FT- DW, STFT, FT-P, LRS, LRS-3. IT-R, IT-D and certain Rate Schedules OS as set out in Note 3 of the Table of Rates, Tolls and Charges determined by multiplying the:
Abandonment Charge means the abandonment charge collected by Company for and on behalf of Foothills Pipe Lines (Alta.) Ltd., Foothills Pipe Lines (South B.C.) Ltd. and Foothills Pipe Lines (Sask.) Ltd. payable by Shippers to Company for each Service Agreement under Rate Schedules FT, OT, SGS, STFT and IT determined by multiplying the:
Abandonment Charge means the monthly abandonment charge payable by Shipper to Carrier determined as follows:

Examples of Abandonment Charge in a sentence

  • Each month, Customer shall pay to TCPL an Abandonment Charge determined by multiplying Customer’s Contract Demand by the applicable Monthly Abandonment Surcharge.

  • If Customer’s Contract Demand changes during a month, then a weighted average daily Contract Demand shall be determined for such month and shall be used to calculate the Abandonment Charge for such month.

  • The Abandonment Charge is payable by Customer notwithstanding any failure by Customer during such month, for any reason whatsoever including force majeure or a default by Customer under Section 2.1 hereof, to deliver Customer’s Authorized Quantity to TCPL at the receipt point.

  • Each month, Shipper shall pay to TransCanada an Abandonment Charge determined by multiplying Shipper’s Contract Demand by the applicable Monthly Abandonment Surcharge.

  • Company shall proceed with such correction in the month following the month that Company confirms the error, provided however an overcharge of the Abandonment Charge shall be reimbursed only by a credit on an invoice in any subsequent Month that an Abandonment Charge is payable.

  • If there is an undercharge of the Abandonment Charge, Company shall invoice such undercharge in the following Month’s invoice.

  • If Shipper's Contract Demand changes during a month, then a weighted average daily Contract Demand shall be determined for such month and shall be used to calculate the Abandonment Charge for such month.

  • However, an overcharge of the Abandonment Charge shall be corrected solely through an adjustment to any future bill for which an Abandonment Charge is payable.

  • The Abandonment Charge is payable by Shipper notwithstanding any failure by Shipper during such month, for any reason whatsoever, including an event of force majeure, to receive or deliver Shipper's full Contract Demand.

  • development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;
