ABL Indebtedness definition

ABL Indebtedness means the Indebtedness of the Borrower and the other borrowers party to the ABL Credit Agreement under the ABL Loan Documents and subject to the Intercreditor Agreement.
ABL Indebtedness means any (1) Indebtedness outstanding from time to time under any ABL Credit Agreement, (2) all Obligations with respect to such Indebtedness and any Swap Contracts Incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Collateral (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) and (3) all Cash Management Services (as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement) Incurred with any ABL Lender (or its Affiliates) and secured by the ABL Collateral.
ABL Indebtedness means the “Obligations” under and as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement, together with any other Indebtedness owing by any Loan Party to the ABL Agent or any lender or secured party under any ABL Loan Document from time to time in accordance with the ABL Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Not permit any Credit Party or any of their Subsidiaries to purchase or hold any of the ABL Indebtedness.

  • If the ABL Agent or any holder of the ABL Indebtedness receives any additional guaranty, letter of credit, collateral or any other credit enhancement after the Closing Date from any Credit Party or any of its Subsidiaries, each Credit Party shall, and shall cause each of its Subsidiaries to, cause the same to be granted to Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, subject to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreement.
