  • Other than as listed in Schedule 3.1.43 of the SilverCrest Disclosure Letter, no material dispute between SilverCrest or any of the SilverCrest Subsidiaries and any non-governmental organization, community, community group, civil organization, Ejido Group or Aboriginal Group exists or, to the best of SilverCrest’s knowledge, is threatened or imminent with respect to any of SilverCrest’s or any of the SilverCrest Subsidiaries’ properties or exploration activities.

  • Seller Group means, at any time, the group of companies comprised of Xxxxx Fargo & Company and its subsidiaries at that time.
