Abortive Visit Charge definition

Abortive Visit Charge means the charge specified in the Openreach Price List;
Abortive Visit Charge means the sum of specified in the Price List;
Abortive Visit Charge means the charges payable by a Customer if an appointment is agreed for work at a Customer’s site and the engineer arrives within the appointment slot but is unable to carry out the work at, or gain access to, the Customer Operating Environment;

  • Where we have visited the premises for the purpose of laying a new connection pipe and found a live supply to an Emergency Control Valve, an Abortive Visit Charge will not apply.

  • If the Parties agree a date for SCC (or its subcontractors or a Carrier) to attend a Site for the purposes of conducting a Site Survey or to install any Service Equipment and that person is unable to perform the necessary Site Survey or installation on that date, the Customer shall pay to SCC an Abortive Visit Charge, unless the inability to perform is caused by SCC's (or its sub-contractors’ or Carrier's) act or omission.

  • If you don’t give us safe access on the survey date we agree, we may charge you an Abortive Visit Charge which is shown in Charges detailed in Section 3.

  • If the purpose of the appointment is to investigate and/or repair a fault with the Service reported by you and the cause of the fault is caused by your act or omission, by the internal wiring of or the environment within the Service Address, Third Party Equipment, the misuse of the Service or a failure by you to comply with your obligations under these conditions an Abortive Visit Charge may also be payable.

  • The members of the Commission hold office for four years and are eligible for re-e- lection only for another four years.

  • Small municipal separate storm sewer system or "small MS4" means all separate storm sewers that are (i) owned or operated by the United States, a state, city, town, borough, county, parish, district, association, or other public body (created by or pursuant to state law) having jurisdiction over disposal of sewage, industrial wastes, stormwater, or other wastes, including special districts under state law such as a sewer district, flood control district or drainage district, or similar entity, or an Indian tribe or an authorized Indian tribal organization, or a designated and approved management agency under § 208 of the CWA that discharges to surface waters and (ii) not defined as "large" or "medium" municipal separate storm sewer systems or designated under 4VAC50-60-380 A 1. This term includes systems similar to separate storm sewer systems in municipalities, such as systems at military bases, large hospital or prison complexes, and highway and other thoroughfares. The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.
