Customer Operating Environment means the Customer’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and telecommunications networks) that is to be used by the Customer in connection with its use of the Service and which interfaces with the Supplier’s System in order for the Customer to receive the Services

Customer Operating Environment means the information technology infrastructure pertinent to the supply and operation of the Devices, Software and/or Services. Device(s): a mobile computing device used by the Customer to access the Software and/or the Services including the Recommended Device. Fees: the fees payable by the Customer to QuikPlan for the Software and Services or any Additional Services, as set out in the Order Form. Examples of Customer Operating Environment in a sentence

  • Diagnosis of Incidents will be carried out by way of assessing the service health & configuration of the Microsoft Online Services in the Customer’s Tenancy and, where required, remote access to view the Incident occurring in the Customer Operating Environment.

Related to Customer Operating Environment

  • Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.

  • Hostile environment means a situation in which bullying among students is sufficiently severe or pervasive to alter the conditions of the school climate;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.
