Abridged Letter of Offer definition

Abridged Letter of Offer means the abridged letter of offer to be sent to the Eligible Equity Shareholders with respect to the Issue in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI Regulations and the Companies Act;
Abridged Letter of Offer means the abridged version of a Letter of Offer. The company is required to send the Abridged Letter of Offer to every shareholder, along with the application form. A company is also required to send the main Letter of Offer upon request by any shareholder.
Abridged Letter of Offer means the abridged form of the Letter of Offer which satisfies the minimum requirements prescribed under the SEBI Regulations.

Related to Abridged Letter of Offer

  • Letter of Offer means any letter, commitment, arrangement or agreement between us and you in relation to the facility. We may revise, add to, vary or replace the letter of offer from time to time.
