AC Delegation has the meaning has the meaning assigned to it in Section 9(h) hereof.
AC Delegation as defined in Section 6.17(a).
Delegation means the issuing of a written authorisation by a delegating authority to a delegated body to act in his stead, and in relation to a duty, includes an instruction or request to perform or to assist in performing the duty, and ‘delegate’ and ‘sub-delegate’ has a corresponding meaning;
Delegated Functions means a function of the Director or the Lord Chancellor delegated to you by an Authorisation;
Delegate means any delegate, agent, attorney or co-trustee appointed by the Security Agent.
Authorized delegate means a person a licensee designates to provide money services on behalf of the licensee.
Subcontracting means any action, practice, or effort by an
Ministerial Action shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Subcontract means any contract entered into by a subcontractor to furnish supplies or services for performance of a prime contract or a subcontract.
Subcommittee means a subcommittee designated by the Operating Committee pursuant to the CAT NMS Plan.

Joint Powers Agreement means that certain Joint Powers Agreement dated June 27, 2017, as amended from time to time, under which Buyer is organized as a Joint Powers Authority in accordance with the Joint Powers Act.
Independent Third Party means any Person who, immediately prior to a contemplated transaction, does not own in excess of 5% of the Company’s Common Units on a fully-diluted basis (a “5% Owner”), who is not controlling, controlled by or under common control with any such 5% Owner and who is not the spouse or descendant (by birth or adoption) of any such 5% Owner or a trust for the benefit of such 5% Owner and/or such other Persons.
Delegated Regulation means the Commission Delegated Regulationsupplementing Directive 2014/91/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 2014, once it has entered into force and is directly effective in Ireland;
Delegates means those persons elected or appointed to vote in a representative assembly for the election of a director or directors or on other matters.
BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

Intent-Based Replacement Disclosure means, as to any Qualifying Preferred Stock or Qualifying Capital Securities, that the issuer has publicly stated its intention, either in the prospectus or other offering document under which such securities were initially offered for sale or in filings with the Commission made by the issuer under the Securities Exchange Act prior to or contemporaneously with the issuance of such securities, that the issuer or any Subsidiary of the issuer will redeem or purchase such securities only with the proceeds of replacement capital securities that have terms and provisions at the time of redemption or purchase that are as or more equity-like than the securities then being redeemed or purchased, raised within 180 days prior to the applicable redemption or purchase date. Notwithstanding the use of the term “Intent-Based Replacement Disclosure” in the definitions of “Qualifying Capital Securities” and “Qualifying Preferred Stock”, the requirement in each such definition that a particular security or the related transaction documents include Intent-Based Replacement Disclosure shall be disregarded and given no force or effect for so long as the Corporation is a bank holding company within the meaning of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended.
Qualified third party means 1 or more of the following:
Major Subcontract means (i) (a) any single agreement or purchase order with a Subcontractor or (b) multiple agreements or purchase orders with a single Subcontractor, for performance of any part of the Work that, in each case, has an aggregate value in excess of Dollars ($ ), or (ii) any agreement for the provision or supply of Major Equipment.
