Union Delegate means an Employee elected by members of the Union to represent the industrial interests of Employees.

For clarity, each Employee has the right to determine whether they wish to be represented by a Union Delegate, Employee Representative, another representative of their choosing, or not at all.
The Employer shall provide an agreed facility for the use of the Union Delegate/ Employee representative to perform their duties and functions as the on-site representative of the Employees.
