Academic Days definition

Academic Days means any day that the University is open for instruction of students, which includes finals and summer terms, but does not include the winter term. If classes are canceled for the entire campus, for any portion of a day, the day will not be deemed an academic day.
Academic Days means days during normal term time and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Academic Days means any day Monday to Friday except public holidays on which lectures are scheduled to be conducted by the University in the normal course of the academic year.

More Definitions of Academic Days

Academic Days means a day during the first or second semester which is not a Saturday, Sunday or University holiday.
Academic Days means any day classes are in session except for Saturdays. Any approval required to take place within a certain amount of academic days begins when the Student Government officer receives the document to be approved.

  • Academic year means the period of twelve months beginning on 1st January, 1st April, 1st July or 1st September according to whether the course in question begins in the winter, the spring, the summer or the autumn respectively but if students are required to begin attending the course during August or September and to continue attending through the autumn, the academic year of the course is to be considered to begin in the autumn rather than the summer;
