Examples of Accepted Capacity in a sentence
If Customer is enrolled in a demand response program, Customer represents and warrants it has the intent and ability to generate and/or reduce electrical demand to achieve Accepted Capacity (as defined in the applicable Program Rule Attachment attached to the applicable Order Form) when notified by Provider during demand response events.
