Access Details definition

Access Details means the username, password, Authorisation Device, PIN and/or such other security devices or details, and any information or procedure guides or documentation, in whatever form and on whatever media, issued to you or to your Users or thereafter selected by them, from time to time, in order to enable them to access or use any Account or Product, including the Electronic Platform;

Access Details shall have the meaning given to it in Section 2.1(e)(i)(3) hereof.

Access Details means the unique username and password that are assigned to you when you open an Account with us.

• The Clearing Member shall immediately notify LCH SA on becoming aware of any unauthorised access or use, or if any of its Access Details are lost, stolen, misused or become known by any other person.

More Definitions of Access Details

Access Details means the username and password we provide to you or created by you upon registration for the Services for the purposes of giving you access to the Services;
