Authorisation Device definition

Authorisation Device means any pass-code card or equivalent device which generates a number for use with your or the User's corresponding PIN to create a password to enable entry onto the Electronic Platform(s);
Authorisation Device means a handheld physical electronic device that we provide to you, or the ANZ Direct Auth app, to be used by Authorisers to authorise ANZ Direct Online Transactions.
Authorisation Device means the hand held electronic device used by Authorisers to authorise ANZ Direct Online Transactions.

  • Blocking and unblocking of the User's access to the Online Banking and/or the Authorisation Device may be performed on the grounds of the Client/User's written application as well as upon initiative of the Bank.

  • The Bank has the right to determine the requirements binding to the Client with regard to compatibility of the Authorisation Devices and choice of the Authorisation Device by the User, as well as the Bank has the right to determine which Authorisation Devices shall be main Authorisation Devices and which shall be additional ones, i.e. the devices that may be used only together with the main Authorisation Device.

  • In case of blocking of one Authorisation Device, other Authorisation Devices shall not be blocked.

  • Only the Client or User of the respective Authorisation Device may receive the replaced Authorisation Device.
