Accident/Accidental means an event or incident that occurs which is unforeseen and unexpected which resulted directly in the death or injury of the Person Covered.

Coverage or “Covering”) shall mean that the developing, making, using, offering for sale, promoting, selling or importing of a given compound, formulation or product would infringe a Valid Claim of an issued patent in the absence of a license under such Valid Claim. The determination of whether a compound, formulation or product is Covered by a particular Valid Claim shall be made on a country-by-country basis.
Evacuation means the authorized or ordered departure from post of an employee or dependent(s), or any of the circumstances outlined in Section 610j herein. The terms "evacuated" and "ordered/authorized to depart" are used interchangeably in these regulations.
Lot coverage means the portion or percentage of the area of a lot upon which buildings are erected.
Leakage means an increase in greenhouse gas emissions
Pandemic means any outbreaks, epidemics or pandemics relating to SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19, or any evolutions or mutations thereof, and the governmental and other responses thereto.
Sinkhole means a surface depression caused by a collapse of soil or overlying formation above fractured or cavernous bedrock.
Explosion means the sudden release of energy sufficient to cause pressure waves and/or projectiles that may cause structural and/or physical damage to the surrounding of the tested-device.
Accidental means a sudden, not reasonably foreseeable, and unexpected occurrence or event which:
Workers’ Compensation As required by any applicable law or regulation. Employer's Liability Insurance: must be provided in amounts not less than listed below: Minimum limits: $500,000 each accident for bodily injury by accident $500,000 policy limit for bodily injury by disease $500,000 each employee for bodily injury by disease
Malpractice includes giving or receiving any financial or other advantage of any kind that may be construed as a bribe for the purpose of any Anti-Bribery Laws;
Covered Accident means an Accident that occurs while coverage is in force and results in a loss for which benefits are payable.
Fidelity Insurance means insurance coverage with respect to employee errors, omissions, dishonesty, forgery, theft, disappearance and destruction, robbery and safe burglary, property (other than money and securities) and computer fraud in an aggregate amount acceptable to Seller’s regulators.
Epidemic means a sudden development and rapid spreading of a contagious disease in a region where it developed in a simply endemic state or within a previously unscathed community.
Interruption means a reduction in non-firm transmission service due to economic reasons pursuant to Tariff, Part II, section 14.7.
Fraud Coverage During the period prior to the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, 2.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-Off Date (the "Initial Fraud Coverage"), reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date; during the period from the first anniversary of the Cut-Off Date to (but not including) the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the amount of the Fraud Coverage on the most recent previous anniversary of the Cut-Off Date (calculated in accordance with the second sentence of this paragraph) reduced by Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since such anniversary; and during the period on and after the fifth anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, zero. On each anniversary of the Cut-Off Date, the Fraud Coverage shall be reduced to the lesser of (i) on the first, second, third and fourth anniversaries of the Cut-Off Date, 1.00% of the aggregate principal balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the preceding month and (ii) the excess of the Initial Fraud Coverage over cumulative Fraud Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Cut-Off Date. The Fraud Coverage may be reduced upon written confirmation from the Rating Agencies that such reduction will not adversely affect the then current ratings assigned to the Certificates by the Rating Agencies.
