Accidental Damage Waiver definition

Accidental Damage Waiver means the waiver specified in the Wedding Hire Agreement which, if opted for by the Customer, means that liability to meet the costs of any remedial work arising from Accidental Damage is limited to amounts over £2,500.00 in aggregate.

Examples of Accidental Damage Waiver in a sentence

  • The Accidental Damage Waiver takes effect on the date and time the Guest checks-in and terminates on the earlier of 1) the normal check-out time specified in the Guest’s Vacation Rental Agreement and 2) the actual date and time of departure of the Guest from the Vacation Rental Home.

  • Accidental Bodily Injury means an Injury sustained as the result of an Accident and independently of all other causes by an outside traumatic event or due to exposure to the elements.

  • Accidental release means an unanticipated emission of a regulated substance or other extremely hazardous substance into the ambient air from a stationary source.

  • Environmental Damage means any injury or damage to persons, living organisms or property (including offence to man’s senses) or any pollution or impairment of the environment resulting from the discharge, emission, escape or migration of any substance, energy, noise or vibration;

  • Consequential Damages means Losses claimed to have resulted from any indirect, incidental, reliance, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, multiple or any other Loss, including damages claimed to have resulted from harm to business, loss of anticipated revenues, savings, or profits, or other economic Loss claimed to have been suffered not measured by the prevailing Party’s actual damages, and any other damages typically considered consequential damages under Applicable Law, regardless of whether the Parties knew or had been advised of the possibility that such damages could result in connection with or arising from anything said, omitted, or done hereunder or related hereto, including willful acts or omissions.

  • Consequential Loss means loss of profits, anticipated loss of profit or revenue, loss of production, loss of business opportunity, loss of or damage to goodwill or reputation, loss of use or any other similar loss, but excludes:

  • Damage Payment means the dollar amount equal to the amount to be posted as Project Development Security pursuant to Section 8.4(a)(i) hereof.

  • Substantial damage means damage of any origin sustained by a structure whereby the cost of restoring the structure to its before damaged condition would equal or exceed 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the damage occurred.

  • Actual Damages has the meaning set forth in Section 12.4(C).

  • Premises Partial Damage means damage or destruction to the improvements on the Premises, other than Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations, the repair cost of which damage or destruction is less than 50% of the then Replacement Cost of the Premises immediately prior to such damage or destruction, excluding from such calculation the value of the land and Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations.

  • Property damage means physical injury to, destruction of, or loss of use of tangible property.

  • Structural damage means a covered building, regardless of the date of its construction, has experienced the following.

  • Electrical Losses means all electrical losses associated with the transmission of Product to the Delivery Point, including if applicable, but not limited to, any transmission or transformation losses between the CAISO revenue meter and the Delivery Point.

  • Serious bodily injury means bodily injury which involves a substantial risk of death, extreme physical pain, protracted obvious disfigurement or protracted loss or impairment of the function of a bodily member, organ or mental faculty.
