We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever including, without limitation, damages or losses relating to business profits, lost savings, business interruption, loss of information or data, missed opportunities, wasted expenditure or other financial loss arising out of the use of the Services, Software or Accompanying Material, and interruption of service, even if we or the other party or person has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
