Account Communications definition

Account Communications means account statements, trade confirmations and/or other notices, disclosures and other information related to Your Account including, without limitation, prospectuses, quarterly, semi-annual or annual shareholder reports, proxy statements, and legal and regulatory notices and documents.
Account Communications mean all current and future Account statements, trade confirmations, notices, disclosures, regulatory communications (including prospectuses, proxy solicitations and privacy notices), and other information, documents, data and records regarding the Account and all services provided by Betterment and Betterment Securities (including amendments to Advisory Agreement and Brokerage Agreement) delivered or provided to Client by Betterment, by Betterment on behalf of Betterment Securities, by Betterment Securities directly, or the issuers of the Securities and/or Other Property in which Client invest and other parties.
Account Communications means all current and future account statements; privacy statements; audited financial information; this Agreement (including all supplements and amendments hereto); the Adviser’s Form ADV and updates thereto; notices and other information, documents, data and records regarding the Fund assets. Electronic communications include e-mail delivery as well as electronically making available to the Manager Account Communications on the Adviser’s Internet site, if applicable. By signing this Agreement, the Manager and the Company consent to electronic delivery as described in the preceding three sentences. It is the Manager’s affirmative obligation to notify the Adviser in writing if the Manager’s e-mail address changes. The Manager may revoke or restrict its consent to electronic delivery of Account Communications at any time by notifying the Adviser, in writing, of the Manager’s intention to do so. Neither the Adviser nor its affiliates will be liable for any interception of Account Communications. The Manager should note that no additional charge for electronic delivery will be assessed, but the Manager may incur charges from its Internet service provider or other Internet access provider. In addition, there are risks, such as systems outages, that are associated with electronic delivery.

Account Communications means all current and future account statements; requests for information to maintain your registration; the Prospectus, the General Terms and Conditions, the Application Form or material contracts (including all supplements and amendments to any of the foregoing); notices (including privacy notices); letters to investors; annual audited financial statements; regulatory communications and other information, documents, data and records regarding your investment in the Fund, reports from the Manager or the Trading Adviser on the performance of the Fund or relevant investment strategies or investment opportunities or other promotional information, documents, data or records regarding the Fund, the Manager and the Trading Adviser; requests for further documentation or information from the Applicant relating to the Units; providing the Applicant with trading advisory reports, performance reports, contract notes and ancillary or generic information relating to the Units.

Electronic delivery by the Company, and/or Administrator includes e-mail delivery as well as electronically making available to the investor Account Communications on the Company's or Investment Manager's Internet site, if applicable. It is my/our affirmative obligation to notify the Company in writing if my/our e- mail or facsimile address changes.

Electronic communication by the Company, the Investment Manager, any Sub-Investment Manager and/or the Administrator includes email delivery as well as electronically making available Account Communications to Shareholders on the Company’s, the Investment Manager’s or any Sub-Investment Manager’s internet site, if applicable.
Account Communications has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(b)(xix) hereof.
