Contract Notes. 12.1 Argentex will issue a Contract Note to the Client in writing setting out the details of an FX Contract at the time of execution of the FX Contract. The Contract Note shall include the following:
(a) the transaction number;
(b) the foreign exchange rate applying to the Buy Currency and Sell Currency;
(c) the amount of Sell Currency and Buy Currency;
(d) the Value Date;
(e) details of the relevant Argentex Safeguarded Account into which the Sell Currency should be settled.
12.2 Argentex may at any time issue Contract Notes in order to correct any errors or omissions in previously issued Contract Notes. Argentex will issue any such correction as soon as is practicable after any error or omission has been detected.
12.3 Contract Notes will be sent by email. In exceptional circumstances and upon written request by the Client, they may be sent by post. They shall be deemed to have been received by the Client upon transmission if sent by email and 48 hours from the date of posting if sent by post. Contract Notes shall be sent to the last known email address or postal address given by the Client from time to time. It is the duty of the Client to ensure that Argentex has up-to-date contact information.

Contract Notes. C.5.7.1 Details of individual trade costs and proceeds will be included in the statement in accordance with clause C5.6 (Reports). We will not provide you with an individual trade confirmation of each portfolio transaction unless you have specifically requested us to do so.
Contract Notes. A Purchaser and the Supplier may, from time to time, enter into and execute a Contract Note detailing terms and conditions (in addition to those set out in this Agreement) upon which the Purchaser will purchase and the Supplier will supply the Products.
Contract Notes. Contract notes are not available on a transaction-by-transaction basis however, a full schedule will be provided on a quarterly basis as part of the portfolio valuation.
Contract Notes. The Client acknowledges and agrees that any confirmation notice issued in respect of Investments will be delivered direct to the Bank or the Custodian.
Contract Notes. We will issue a contract note to you for each transaction as evidence of the purchase or sale. If you are a discretionary managed service client, we will not issue contract notes unless requested by you. Where we do issue a contract note to you, it will be at the latest by close of business of the working day following the transaction. The contract note will include details of all the charges and taxes incurred and should be checked immediately on receipt to see that it accurately reflects your instructions. If you do not receive a contract note as confirmation of your order, please contact your Investment Manager.
Contract Notes. Section 1. The Parties agree that the use of awards is an excellent incentive tool for increasing productivity and creativity of bargaining unit employees by rewarding their contributions to the quality, efficiency, or economy of government operations. The Agency agrees to consider granting a cash, honorary, or informal recognition award, or grant time off without charge to leave or loss of pay to an employee individually or as a member of a group. The Parties agree the following list is meant to be an example but is not all inclusive: a. adoption or implementation of a suggestion or invention; b. significant contributions to the efficiency, economy, or improvement of government operations; c. exceptional service to the public, superior accomplishment, or special act or project on or off the job and contributions made despite unusual situations; d. recurring exemplary service; e.
Contract Notes. Section 1. Members of the bargaining unit shall groom and attire themselves in a neat, clean manner which maintains public confidence in the professionalism of the bargaining unit workforce.
Section 2. The display and wearing of Union insignias, such as pins, pocket penholders or tie tacks, shall be permitted. Apparel shall not be considered inappropriate because it displays the Union logo or insignia.
Section 3. Neckties shall not be mandatory and denim trousers shall be permitted, as long as their condition meets the standards of Section 1 of this Article, with the following exceptions: a. Employees in AAM-800 during bi- weekly inspection visits when the necktie standard of the inspection site being visited requires a tie to be worn and denim trousers shall not be permitted during bi-weekly inspection visits. b. Employees in ARP and those in Series 1102 (Contracting Officers and Specialists) with duty locations in Washington, DC or Atlantic City, NJ, when meeting with external organizations. • Section 3(b) incorporates AFN Inclusion MOU language to include 1102 series (Contracting Officers) and removes reference to AGC.
Contract Notes. A Contract Note will be issued by the Platform on the next Business Day following receipt of your initial contribution to your Account(s). This will also be the case following any subsequent one-off contribution, or any one-off withdrawal. This will include the essential details of the transaction, including details of all the individual investments either bought or sold. When your Model Portfolio is rebalanced, Contract Notes will be produced and added to your investor portal. The same applies for regular contributions. A consolidated tax certificate (CTC) will be available through your online portal and will be published there annually. This will detail all and any deductions of tax from the income or interest received on your investments, held within your Model Portfolio(s) for the previous tax year. You will also be able to access an annual Capital Gains Tax Report, which details any sales from your relevant Account(s) – i.e. GIA – that have taken place during the previous tax year. You are responsible for reporting all income and gains/losses to HMRC on your tax return. Statements will be issued quarterly and where required annually. We will make available to you electronically an Account Statement showing details of all Assets within your Account on the statement date and all transactions made since the previous statement date, including investment and interest income. Valuations are based on the bid price as at the date shown on the statement. Each year an illustration of actual costs and the performance of your account will be made available to you electronically, in line with regulatory requirements.
